These terms of use governs your purchases from, and your use of, the www.classicrecmerch.com website and forms a contract between you and CLASSIC RECORDS d.o.o., Croatian comapny indentification number of a subject 081109389, Ulica kneza Mislava 9, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.

Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.

You may pay with either credit or debit cards through CorvusPay - an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet manages all of our banking transactions. CLASSIC RECORDS d.o.o. does not store any credit card numbers.

Pay with your Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Diners, Discover securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by CorvusPay with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. CorvusPay system ensures complete privacy of your credit card data and personal data from the moment you type them into the CorvusPay payment form. Data required for billing is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your payment card. Our store never comes into contact with your sensitive payment card data. Similarly, CorvusPay operators cannot access your complete cardholder data. An isolated system core independently transmits and manages sensitive data while at the same time keeping it completely safe.

The form for entering payment data is secured by an SSL transmission cipher of the greatest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected by hi-grade encryption, using hardware devices certified by FIPS 140 2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay fulfills all of the requirements for safe online payment prescribed by the leading credit card brands, operating in compliance to the PCI DSS Level 1 standard - the highest security standard of the payment card industry. Payments made by cards enroled with the 3-D Secure program are further authenticated by the issuing bank, confirming your identity through the use of a token or a password.

All information collected by Corvus Pay is considered a secret and treated accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which they were intended. Your sensitive data is fully secure and it’s privacy is guaranteed by the state of the art safeguard mechanisms. We collect only the data necessary for performing the work in accordance with the demanding prescribed procedures for online payment.

All prices shown on the CLASSIC RECORDS d.o.o. website, www.classicrecmerch.com, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. In case an order will be shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, please note that the VAT is removed at the checkout or earlier depending on which country the product will be delivered to.

Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that CLASSIC RECORDS d.o.o. has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, CLASSIC RECORDS d.o.o. cannot predict their amount. CLASSIC RECORDS d.o.o. advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.

CLASSIC RECORDS d.o.o., Croatian company indentification number of a subject 081109389 (“CLASSIC RECORDS d.o.o., “we,” “us” or “our”) will process your personal data when you are visiting and using the services provided at classicrecmerch.com or purchase products in our stores. We strive to be transparent in what we do with our visitors’ and customers’ personal data and have therefore adopted this privacy policy. CLASSIC RECORDS d.o.o. is the data controller of any processing of your personal data, unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy.

We collect personal data when you (i) purchase merchandisingods and/or request support and/or are browsing our website. Such personal data will include your name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, payment details, IP address, behavior on the website and other information that you voluntarily provide us.

When shopping with CLASSIC RECORDS d.o.o. we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase. CLASSIC RECORDS d.o.o. treats all personal information confidential. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you can get it changed or removed. CLASSIC RECORDS d.o.o.  may also use cookies, for example in order to improve your experience of the website.

Only the people who need to process personal data have access to your personal data. We need to share your personal data with our payment system CorvusPay. We further may need to allow our suppliers (Shopify and Printify) access to your personal data when they perform services on our behalf, mainly to provide support and maintenance of IT systems, storage services and marketing. Our international transfers of personal data (including transfers to our group companies and suppliers outside the EU/EEA) are based on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We do also share your personal data with other controllers of personal data. Such controllers could be authorities (police, tax authority or other authorities), if we are obliged to share it according to law or suspected criminal activities, and transport companies in order for them to handle and deliver your order.
